N.Z. PLAYERS AT BRISBANE. (Received September 6, 10.25 p.m.) BRISBANE, September 6. The Croquet Association officials are now attempting to speed up the tournament section ip which New Zealanders still remain, so as ro enable them to complete play before their departure at the week-end. The other contests will be extended a few days. To-day the New Zealanders’ results were:— Open Championship—Mrs McCiealh won 26-16. President’s Trophy.-—J. Thompson lost 11-26; Mrs Palmer won 21-20; R. W. McCreath won 26-19. Doubles Handicap.—J. Thompson and partner lost 16-26. Rosebowl.—R. W. McCreath won 26-9. Fisher Trophy.—Mrs McCreath lost 16-19.
