REVIVAL IN AUSTRALIA? CANBERRA, September 27. Ministerial support for the re-in-troduction of National Insurance is strengthening. Federal Cabinet is expected to consider early in the Budget session proposals prepared by the Minister for Health and Social Services, Sir Frederick Stewart, to provide a comprehensive scale of benefits for contributors. Green, the Commonwealth Actuary, Mr Palmford, and National Insurance officials conferred to-day on important aspects of the new plan. . ..
