Maybe, then the following story is true: A workman in Berlin muttered to his wife: “It’s a rotten Government.” But walking behind them was an agent of the dreaded Gestapo. “I arrest you,”’ he said. “What for?” “For saying it's a rotten Government.” Indignantly the workman protested that he had not said the German Government. “Come off it!” sneered the Gestapo agent. “There’s only one rotten Government in the world.'
