TRAINS HELD UP

Berlin and Warsaw expresses have been suspended since Sunday. Telegraph and telephone communication with, Bohemia and Moravia nas been suspended since yesterday. Rhine Frontier Closed YESTERDAY MORNING. (Received August 29, 12.15 a.m.) STRASBOURG, August 28. The Franco-German frontier along (the Rhine was closel this morning. • No trains crossed the Rhine frontier since midnight. BELGIUM’S FURTHER MOBILISATION. (Received Aug. 29, 12.15 a.m.) BRUSSELS, August 28. The second stage of :: Belgium’s mobilisation has been ordered. The export of foodstuffs, raw materials, iron, ammunition and hides is prohibited.
