german plane crash. VIENNA, December 2. Captain F. S. Wilkins, the Air Ministry’s assistant inspector of accidents, travelling to Baghdad to investigate the Calpurnia accident, was slightly injured when a Lufthansa plane crashed on the hillside'in a fog. Four members of the crew and two German passengers were seriously injured. The plane was burnt out. Thfi Air Ministry has ordered Captain Wilkins to return home, and is sending out another official.
