SYDNEY WOOL SALES. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received February 14, 11.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, February 14. At to-day’s wool sales, 11,712 bales were offered, and 10,121 bales were sold at auction, while 1095 bales were disposed of privately. The market for all merino descriptions was generally firm and unchanged. Competition for crossbreds was somewhat restricted, with prices easier. Greasy merino realised to 22’, d. The average price last week was £l5 Is Id per bale; or 12.2 pence per pound.
