POPE LAMENTS WARS. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] VATICAN CITY, December 13. The thirteenth secret session of the Consistory Court was held at 5 a.m. 'rhe Pope created five Cardinals. The Pope, in the course of the ceremony, deplored the conflict in the Far East, and likewise the impious and atrocious things happening to Christians in Russia and Germany. Sad, harrowing events continued to agitate Spain, but he saw hopes of betterment.
