FOREIGN PLANES. A NEW REVELATION. PARIS, December 12. In the Chamber of Deputies, speaking on the Air Force, a member condemned the French Government for allowing planes to go to Spain, adding that between July 1936 to August 1937, France sent 540, compared with Russia’s 437, Holland 110, United States 78, Britain 40. BRITISH REPRESENTATIVE. IN NATIONALIST AREA. RUGBY, December 11. Sir Robert Hodgson left England yesterday on his way to Nationalist Spain, where he will take up his duties as Chief Agent of the British Government.
