will be absent from the Warwick Farm meeting on Saturday. He was again very lame after trotting a short distance at Randwick. Talking, in a private trial at Rosebery, ran six furlongs in 1.151, on the centre of the course. Gold Rod, Disalto, Mala, The Chanter, and Ajax provided the most interest at Randwick. All put up good performances.
