PARLIAMENT
Opening on September 9 [Per Press Association]. WELLINGTON, August 19. The opening of the Parliamentary session is fixed for September 9. Mr. Savage indicated, to-day, that the House would rise early in Decemebr, and resume probably in the middle of February, to consider th® national health and superannuation legislation. The Budget will be introduced within a week of the start of the session, and other matters that will receive urgent attention are the adjustment of the Fair Rents Act to enable it to be continued after September 30, and consideration of lhe Appeal Court’s decision in the clerical workers’ case.
