WALKER v. MRS RUBINI, [Aust. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received August 10, 11 p.m.) MONTREAL, August 10. The British United Press Los Angeles correspondent reports that Terry Walker is suing Mrs Rubini for 150,000 dollars, alleging her charges are unfounded, resulting in the cancellation of her 2000 dollar weekly film contract.
