OTAGO DOUBLE DROWNING ACCIDENT. DUNEDIN, August 10. | The body of Leslie Liddicoat, a married man, aged 27, who was drowned at Lowburn on July 13, when he and another workman, em- i ployed by the Public Works Depart-! ment, fell from a partially construct-1 ed bridge into the Clutha River, was! recovered yesterday afternoon at Clyde, almost 15 miles from the scene, of the accident The body of the! other victim, Donald McElheny, has! not yet been recovered.
