“SHORE” DOES “HAT TRICK.”

Sydney Church of England Grammar School ■ ('Shore) achieved outstanding success at the great public schools’ regatta, on the Nepean river yesterday, - winning all three events, including the championship eights, which carries the title of head of the river. Shore’s victories were a triumph of technique against heavier combinations. The eights was a splendid contest, all the crews racing almost together throughout- E'ght schools were represented in each event. Results:--First Fours, one. mile—Shore 1. Scots College 2, St Joseph’s College 3- Won by three feet; third two lengths away. Time 5-54.

Second Fours, one mile- Shore 1, St Joseph’s 2, Sydney High School 3Won by three lengths; third half a length away- Time 5-57 3-5. Championship Eights, 14 miles Shore 1, Scots 2„ Sydney Grainman School 3- Won by a quarter of a length; one length. Time 8-1 2-5-
