WESTRALIAN DELEGATES NEGOTIATIONS.

The Western Australian secessionists are negotiating with Mr Thomas, with a view to securing a parliamentary decision on the petition at the earliest possible moment. Air Watson said the delegates were of opinion that if the petition were rejected, it should be on the Government’s responsibility.
