NO DAMAGES
BREACH OF PROMISE SUIT. NEW PLYMOUTH. June in. Judgment, announcing the failure* of a claim for £5OO damages-, for alleged breach of promise marry, was delivered by Mr Justice Callan to-day. Leah Haughton, of Hawera, sued Gregory Horace Perrett, a defence force trainee ac Trenthaui. The hearing was completed on Saturday. Judgment was reserved until to-day. The judge said that he accepted the evidence of Perrett, denying any promise to marry.
