The Harbour Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 20ft 4in. The Port Waikato arrived yesterday morning from Whangarei to load t’mber for Sydney. The Poolta arrived last evening from Westport, to load for Miramar and Wellington. She will return about May 14 to load for Wellington. The Karepo is due to-day to load timber for Melbourne. The Kiwitea is due on May 13 from Westport, to load for Auckland and Napier. The Omana is due early this month from Newcastle and Sydney, via New Plymouth and Wellington, with Greymouth cargo. The Kaimiro is 1o sail to-day for Melbourne and Adelaide, if the bar is workable.
