The Government’s Responsibility

WESTPORT, May 8. Those who worked out the scheme of insurance in connection with subsidised golo prospecting, must at least be credited with being shrewd business men. Buller Hockey Association: Mr J. Bowdon was in the chair at a committee meting of the Buller Hockey Association, held last evening. A committee was appointed to go into ways and means of fostering the game of hockey in the secondary and primary schools. A committee consisting of’ th<‘ President, Secretary.
