To Adjourn Soon COALITION CAUCUS. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, October 19. The adjournment of the House on Wednesday October 31, and the resumption of the session early in February, hag been decided on. by the Cabinet, and an official announcement will be made to the House, following the caucus <yf the Coalition on Tuesday morning next. The caucus will discuss the recommendations of the Dairy Commission, and apprising the rank-and-file of the nature of the .legislative -proposals arising out of the report which -the Government will ask the House to pass before adjournment.
