SITTING AT GREYMOUTH. The following cases were dealt with by the Warden, Mr. Henry Morgan, at the fortnightly sitting of the Warden ’s Court at Greymouth yesterday. Maurice Moore, water-race, 59 chains Block 13, Mawheranui S.D., 7 heads, 21 years.—Granted for two years subject to Forestry conditions and existing rights. Stephen White, ordinary prospecting license, 32 acres, Block 16, Greymouth, S.D. and Block 4, Waimea S.D.— Granted, subject to existing rights. Allan Reginald Perry, Thomas Murray and Andrew Steel, ordinary prospecting license, 100 acres, Block 5, Ilohonu S.D.—Withdrawn.

Edward Charles Cook, protection of water-race license No. 267/33 and extended alluvial claim No. 263/33, for six months—Granted.

E. C. Cook, F. W. Gwatken, W. McKenzie and A. McKenzie, protection, water race license No. 114/33, ordinary alluvial claim No. 113/33, and dam license No. 150/34, for six months.— Granted.
