He says Britain is undoubtedly the champion tennis nation, and he believes that Britain will retain the Davis Cup. In the quarter final of the Frinton tennis tourney, Stedman defeated Freshwater 5/7, 6/4, 6/0.
Ju the Anglo-Japanese match at Eastbourne, Perry defeated Fujikura 6/1, 2/6. 6/4, 10/8. Austin defeated Yaniagislii 6/1, 6/1, 6/2.
