The “Times’’ Berlin correspondent states that Germany now intends to observe Jum. 28 the anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, as the doy of mourning. The Government has ordered the Nazi flag everywhere to be flown at half mast Teachers will devote an hour to explaining what the Treaty means to Germany.
