MANAGEMENT COAIMITTEE. The Alanagement Committee of the West Coast Rugby Union met last evening. Air A. A. Adams (President) presiding. The New Zealand Union wrote stating that the re-instatement applications of W. Vaughan. L- Alowatt and J. Hardie had been granted. The Paroa School Committee forwarded a letter of thanks for kindnesses and attention shown the Paroa schoolboys at the seven-a-side tourney.

On the motion of Air Ryan it was decided to suggest to the AVestland Sub-Union that the Dittman Shield match be played at Greymouth on Wednesday. June 21st. owing to the large number of representative matches which will have to be played on Saturdays. Mr Ryan pointed out that by playing the match on Wednesday it would give business people, who could md always attend on Saturdays, I an opportunity to witness a match. Il was decided that the President ami Secretary endeavour to ma-ke arrangements for the Dittman Shield match to be played as soon as possible, ami that the selector select the Grevmouth team if the match is airanged. Air Ada.ms was appointed selector of the Greymouth team, and Alessrs D. IL Dowell (Hokitika) and Adams were re-appointed selectors of the West (’oast representa t i vcs. The referee of the Cobden ABapahoC junior match last Saturday reported that he had occasion to order off R.
