Clean Bill DUTIES WELL PERFORMED. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received June 12 at 11 50 p.m.) SYDNEY. June 12. Envoi Commissioner Shand. K.C., whose inquiry into tho operations of the Milk Board occupied several months has presented his report in which he finds no evidence substantiating any improper or corrupt practices There is no evidence of any unduo influence having been used Io have certain appointments made to the Board. On the contrary, he stalos, that having regard to the great difficulties of controlling the milk supply of a great city, the Commissioner is satisfied that every member of the Board endeavoured honestly and successfully to perform the duties imposed by thp Alilk Act.
