It has been arranged that all Empire delegates to the World Economic Conference be available in London on Monday morning to attend preliminary discussion at 10 Downing Street. Mr. MacDonald and most of the British, delegates arc expected to bo present. Sir T. M. Wilford will represent tho New Zealanders, Mr. Eorbes arriving after the commencement of the conference. U.S.A. REPRESENTATIVES. RUGBY, Juno 7. The United States World Conference delegation, headed by Senator Hull, who took a prominent part in the I Washington discussions, is duo in England to-morrow.
