EMPIRE DISCUSSIONS. LONDON, June 7. It has been arranged that all Empire delegates to the World Economic Conference be available in London on Monday morning to attend preliminary discussion at 10 Downing Street. Mr. MacDonald and most of the British, delegates arc expected to bo present. Sir T. M. Wilford will represent tho New Zealanders, Mr. Eorbes arriving after the commencement of the conference. U.S.A. REPRESENTATIVES. RUGBY, Juno 7. The United States World Conference delegation, headed by Senator Hull, who took a prominent part in the I Washington discussions, is duo in England to-morrow. Mr. Hull will probably visit Mr. MacDonald in Downing Street on Friday morning. BRITAIN WILL HONOUR WAR DEBTS. (Received June 8 at 9 p.m.) LONDON, Juno 8. The “Morning Post’s” diplomatic correspondent says that it can bo ro garded as virtually certain that Cabinet will decide against a default of the war debt instalment payment. The main consideration is the unfortunate effect non-payment will have on th 0 World Conference. BELGIUM DEFAULTING. (Received June 8 at 11 p.m.) BRUSSELS, June 8. Cabinet has decided that a war debt payment is impossible.
