The “Daily Mail's” Berlin correspondent says that for the first time since the establishment of the Gorman Republic, a prince has been given a high State office. Prince Phillip of -Hose, whose mother is the ex-Kaiscr’s youngest sist (, r, made a State entry to Leassel as Governor of the province of Hesse, over which his ancestors ruled. It is widely reported that Germany is declaring a foreign debts morat oriuni. Repayment of Loan MONEY HELD AT BANKERS. (Received June 8 at 11 p.m.) BERLIN, Juno 8. The transfer of the moratorium will be restricted in scope, and will not include payments under “standstill” agreements, which Herr Schacht will discuss in London. Germany, regardless of the moratorium, intends to repay to the United States £9,000,000, the balance of a loan during the banking crisis in 1931.. This money has been earmarked since Herr Schacht became the President of the Reichsbank, therefore it will not affect the Reichsbank’s reserves.
