At Liverpool OVER CUTS IN RELIEF. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn). LONDON, September 23. There have been renewed disturbances at Liverpool, where police constables prevented an open air meetingThereupon one thousand who had assembled, pelted the police with missiles. including old pots and pans. Reinforcements of polic o then arrived. They charged the mob, of whom several were injured.
