CASE AT SYDNEY SETTLED. (Received September 19 nt 7 p.ni.) SYDNEY, September 19. The New Zeaand gold case was settled to-day at the Equity Court, and the Police Commissioner here will now hand over one thousand pound worth of gold to the plaintiff’s, Garrett and Davidson Limited of Sydney.
