CIVIC BAND

The above organisation holds Its first subscribers concert for 1932 at th-? Town Hall next Tuesday, May 10, ar <4 p.m. The Band has thirty instrumentalists. The training of Mr A. McMaster is a guarantee that high class performances will be given in the varied and selected programme, comprising hymns, marches, operatic selections, descriptive fantasias, etc. The Band will be supported by leading local talent who will add considerable interest to a classical programme. The following will assist:—-Mrs W. Cogswell, Miss P. Forsyth, Misses J. Comp* ton, V. Clark, M. Lawson and L. Michel (pupils of Miss D. Th waiter), Messrs J. Hadland, and F. Smith. Secure a programme for full particul&is. Seats may be booked at the Bristol Piano Coy.
