FEDERAL GRAB For Whole State Revenue (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn). CANBERRA, April 28. The House of Representatives passed the amending Financial Agreement Enforcement Bill through all stages by 43 votes to 13. The bill will be passed by the {Senate, as an urgent measure to-day. The Bill is more drastic than the original measure, and covers up all loopholes for Mr Lang evading enforcement. The Commonwealth proposes to attach the whole revenue of New South Wales, and probably seize money now held in the Treasury vaults. The New South Wales members of the United Country Party waited on the Prime Minister, Mr Lyons, and urged the Ministry to proceed without delay to compel the New South Wales 'Government to carry out its obligations. Items of the policy announced included a continuance, but revision of thc Moratorium and Rent Reduction Acts, increased employment and reduction in the cost of living, wage adjustments to retain trade and industry in New South Wales, co-operation with the Federal and other State Governments in adherence to the Pre-. miers’ plan, financial administration which would restore public confidence, and reduction in rates of interest and other charges.
