DENNISTON HIGH SCHOOL. Mr 11. E. Holland, M.P., has received the following letter from the Mia i-’ter of Education: — “With further reference to your recent personal representations concerning the teaching staff at Denniston District High School, I have pleasure in advising you that, in view of the fact that the roll number has increased to 39, I am prepared to approve of the appointment of a relieving assistant under the rationing scheme until such time as the attendance has stabilised itself ’’
