Mr Darrtoch said that'this

statement was not only unfair, but incorrect. The organisers and. advertising agents were appqinted by the Cancer Campaign! Cdjmmjrttiee. After the ‘Committee li'iad been advised by the Go|vermn.cnt that; a permit'would be granted four eminent medical men, Sir Lindo Ferguson,' Dr J. S.' Elliott, Dr. H. T. D. Acland and Dr,. Kenneth AlacKcnzie accepted the positijon. of Trustees, and •. the Cancer Campaign CQzmmittee supervised the • conduct of the Art Union.
