The Kanna is loading coal and tlm ber for Miramar and Wellington, and sails to-day. The Kamona is loading coal for New Plymouth. Wellington and Miramar, sailing this morning. The Kaitangata is due on Friday from Wellington to load coal for Auck land. The Kaimai is due on Saturday to load coal, and timber for Miramar and Welling on. The Kaponga is due on Saturday from Auckland, via way ports, to load timber for Melbourne and Adelaide. The Alexander is due to-day from Wellington, via Nelson and Westport, With general cargo. After discharge she loads coal for Tarakohe. The Begulus .oaves Onehunga today for Nelson, Picton, Westport and Greymouth, with general cargo. While the steamer Calm was making her way from Lyttelton to Wellington .through heavy fog on Satur day morning, a large albatross crashed into the rigging and fell to the deck. The bird was stunned by the fore of the impact, and for the rest of the voyage was carefully looked after by the members of the crew. Fortunately, thb> injuries were not serious and when the Calm left Wellington yesterday for Wanganui, it was intended to release it as soon as the vessel cleared the heads.
