DARING ROBBERY IN AUCKLAND. AUCKLAND, December 15. A daring robbery by expert safe blowers took place at the Hydra Bacon Factory, opposite the Ponsonby Post Office,‘last night. IThe door of a. large strong room was blown off with gelignite, and a safe in another part of the office was forced open by the same means. From the latter £3O were stolen, but through the strong room door being wedged, intnv dors were unable to gain access to a further sum of £BO.
