BY WEATHER CHANGE. (Rec. Dec. 14 a t 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. I he peril of the stranded liner “Cel tie ’ was increased when the wind veered to the south east, while the swe 1 ! is increasing. The change in the wea ther is impeding the removal of the cargo, and if a storm arises, it is very doubtful if it can be saved.
