GORE EN FETE.
A GALA WEEK. GORE, August 2 7 Gore’s second gaiety gala was opened officially thjs evening. The town is filled with people for a special week of carnival, features being shop displays, street events, a great Highland gathering on Wednesday, and a big climax of fun and frolic on Saturday next. The town is. a veritable fairyland of lights to-night, and a magnificent effect is produced by the illuminations.
