They will be received at linner tonight by Rear- Admira? Andrews. Admiral Hyde ommitted the scheduled visit to the Mayors office. Mayor Nichols was absent, and asked acting Mayor Green to extend hospitality of the City to the. visitors in his stead. A xepresentative of Admiral Hyde enswored Mr Green'4 question of the Australian ikdmirals apparent indifference, by stating that the Australia .had been so delayed by fog that Admiral Hyde was unable to follow 'the expected programme.
