Death of Roy Kilner YORKSHIRE LAMENTS. LONDON, April 11. The Yorkshire cricketer, Roy Kilner, is dead. , “A Yorkshire wicket has fallen, ami one of Yorkshire’s best men is out.” said the Rec.tor of Wombwell, in opening his address to the congregation at Kilner’s funeral. Wombwell is Kilner’s birthplace. Its total population is twenty thousand, but one hundred thousand' people attended the funeral.
