In the first instance, r girl oi ten years, when on her way t( Lwl. was dragged into some scrub her assailant threatening to knife hei unless she accompanied him. 1 here is such a public outcry that the Government is offering a reward ol five hundred pounds for the apprehen sion of the assailant. Ihe s/cond case concerns a girl of thirteen years, living in a widely sop arat?d suburb, who has been the victim ol a similar attempted outrage, but her ,screams attracted assistance.
