RUNANGA PICNIC.

About 400 children and a similar number of grown-up people attended the picnic on Saturday at Rapahoe held under the auspices of the Runanga Co-operative Society, in connection with its 21st anniversary. The Runanga Band attended, and the picnic was very enjoyable. Winners of the prizes supplied by the Society were:— Committeemen’s Race, 100 yds: G. Millar 1, J. Devine 2, T. Bowes 3. Blind Boxing: J.
