BANKERS CONFER. ON INTERNATIONAL PROBLEM. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) WASHINGTON, July 7. Sir M. Norman, Governor of the Bank of England: Doctor Schacht, President of the German Reichsbank. and M. Rist, Deputy Governor of the Bank of France, had a conference with Mr Grissinger, Governor of the Federal Reserve Board, and Mr F. Mills, Under-Secretary of the Treasury. It is presumed that the conference dealt with the gold transfers, French gold reserves and kindred subjects. No statement was vouchsafed to the public. WASHINGTON, July 7. International fiscal problems were discussed privately to-day in a confernece between Mr. Montague Norman, Governor of the Bank of England, Mr. Charles Rist, Deputy Governor of the Bank of France; Herr Schacht, President of the German Reichsbank; and the Federal Reserve Board officialsf The visitors left for New York, where it is understood a statement will be issued.
