BANKERS CONFER. ON INTERNATIONAL PROBLEM. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) WASHINGTON, July 7. Sir M. Norman, Governor of the Bank of England: Doctor Schacht, President of the German Reichsbank. and M. Rist, Deputy Governor of the Bank of France, had a conference with Mr Grissinger, Governor of the Federal Reserve Board, and Mr F. Mills, Under-Secretary of the Treasury. It is presumed that the conference dealt with the gold transfers, French gold reserves and kindred subjects. No statement was vouchsafed to the public. WASHINGTON, July 7.
