REVISION OF CONSTITUTION. (Received July 8 at 9.40 p.m.) MELBOURNE, July 8. Practical steps to give effect to the revision of the Commonwealth Constitution on the lines mentioned m Mr. Bruce’s policy speech of 192 a have been taken by the Federal Government. A Royal Commission is being appointed immediately to report upon the working of the constitution since federation, and to recommend any desirable changes, particularly reference to aviation, 8 health, industrial aad powers, navigation, now States, taxation, and trade and commerce The Commission will sit at an early date.
