OPOTIKI TRAGEDY. GISBORNE, December 9. John Sullivan, arrested in Opotiki last week, charged with the murder of Jeremiah Williams, appeared before Mr Lewy, S.M., this morning. Wooler,” to an import entry (four charges). There were twelve charges of fraudulently omitting to account to the Collector of Customs at Auckland for £230, all of which has been refunded by the accused since the date of his arrest on November 23.
