SEAMEN'S DISPUTT-. IN AUSTRALIA. (Received June 28 at 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 28. The latest development in the waterside trouble has been provided by the crew of the interstate steamer Canberra, who after bciny logged for attending a d.opwork meeting, just before the. ship was dm- io sail, refused duty, and the steamer \\a held up. The Common liner Carina lias been laid up, owing to an un(ertainity in getting a crew. AIELBO' -lune 27. Following on the refusal of seamen to man the steamer Chillagoc, when a call for a crew was made, the vessel will be laid lup. Five ships are now affected.
