A CONTRAST. THE ASCOT WEALTH DISPLAY. (Reuter). (Received June 22 at 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, Jun e 21. , The unemployment demonstration on Saturday in'Trafalgar Square was addressed by the Labour Members of tho House of Commons, and others. The proceedings were most orderly. The speakers compared the display of wealth at Ascot with the poverty existing, and unemployment. They also denounced th e Government’s policy regarding China. A resolution was carried calling on the Government to establish a National Employment Development Board. • Other Labour Commoners spoke elsewhere. There were demonstrations iu Glasgow, Hull, aud elsewhere.
