It is reported that the property was sold later, privately, to a Mr Hewer, junr, of Hari TTari for the sum of £l,lOO. This includes a few sheep and cows, also a 100 laving fowls. A nasty accident happened on Sunday to Air Ji’n Rochfor<r through a plug of dynamite falling into the fire, tt appears three of tho men were sitting - at the fire when the explosion orcurred. Air Hoch ford was wounded in the face and leg. The injured man. who is a surveyor for Messrs Stewart nm|, Chafimaii, was conveyed to the \Vosi land Hospital.
