WANT AUTONOMY TOO JERUSALEM, April 22. Au. Arab delegation petitioned M‘‘Amery (Colonial Secretary) for selfgovernment, protesting that they were over-taxed. They urged Britain should abandon the futile Zionist experiment, as intensive Jewish immigration including undesirables had ruined Palestine economically, and detracted from British prestige. Mr. Amery replied that Britain wa> striving to form an independent Arab empire.
