SYDNEY. July 20. The Patrick Steamship Company is going into voluntary Tcnidation, but the Company’s Inter-State services will be continued pending the sole of assets to another concern. The Company was inaugurated in 1919 with £BO.OOO capital, and £lO.OOO was added in 1921. The Company was not associated with tl|C Australian Owners’ Federation and was unable to survive the latter’s competition and general repression. The assets may balance the liabilities, but the share capital is wholly lost.
