HAMILTON, July 20. An a r’.monious meeting of shareholder i in the Wnik: to Shipping Compan;- decided to go irto liquidation, Mr- R. English being appointed liquidator. It was shown that the s.s. France, which was the cause of the company’s ruin, cost over £28,000, and when sold without having been put into use, realised only £4OOO.
