N.S.W. CIVIL SERVANTS.
THE NEW REGIME. SYDNEY, October 13. Cabinet has decided to appoint a Departmental Salaries Committee for the purpose of regulating salaries, and conditions of public servants in lieu ot the existing method, whereby civil ser vants are permitted to approach the Arbitration Court. The Committee will represent the service and the Public Service Board, with an independent chairman.
