ENGLAND’S WAR DEBTS TO UNITED STATES.
(Received October 12, 9.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 11. It is announced that Britain will deposit fifty million dollars in the Federal Bank on Monday, which will be the first payment of interest on England’s war debt to the United States.
